Workshop Topic #1: Mr. George Warner is continuing his sales presentation series.  This is the third in the series titled 'Closing the Sale'.  It is one thing to get people to know who you are and what you do but once they contact you are you able to convert them from a prospect into a client or customer?  George

Workshop Topic #2: Everyone has their area of expertise.  As a sole proprietor or a single member LLC we can only accomplish so much.  Working with a TEAM, Together Everyone Accomplishes More.  Partners, like minded individuals, business associates, or business owners in complimentary businesses are invaluable when you align your objectives and goals. Each person has their area of expertise.  Some are good at sales, others good at operations.  When you get a few or more individuals together with similar goals and complimentary areas of expertise, namely in Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you can grow a business fast and in a controlled manor so that nothing slips through the cracks and no one is over whelmed.  Mr. Cantera will discuss how to vet out a potential business partner or business associate.  How do you tell if this is someone you want to work with in just a few short meetings.
